Now that most of BPHC’s projects have launched, it is very important that individuals within our PPS understand what DSRIP is, how it affects them, and how they can contribute to healthcare transformation in the Bronx. In late 2015 we released a video introducing BPHC’s workforce to DSRIP. Later this spring, BPHC will build on this video with a DSRIP 101 training course.
DSRIP 101 will be open to any individual at any organization in our PPS. This half-hour online training will provide a basic overview of DSRIP and the changes that it will bring. The workforce communication work group is developing a strategy for circulation of the video, and we will make an announcement in an upcoming Bulletin when it is officially launched.
