On April 8th and 9th, Healthfirst and Mt. Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine will jointly provide a free two-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conference focusing on strategies for hypertension management in primary care. The conference, “Hypertension Management and Control: Pragmatic Strategies for Primary Care,” is open to all medical directors, physicians, and other practitioners and practice leaders serving high-risk populations.
