The Master Services Agreement (MSA), along with its Exhibits, establishes general roles and responsibilities for BPHC and its Partners, and outlines a general framework for the PPS’s process for distributing DSRIP payments to Partners. To ensure an open review process, the CSO conducted two webinars in which all members were invited to provide feedback on the MSA. The revised MSA was finalized and approved by the Executive Committee on July 23, 2015.
