NYeC Program Offers Financial Incentive to Join Bronx RHIO
Participating in the Bronx RHIO provides access to comprehensive patient information, allowing our providers to accurately track service usage over time for individual patients and monitor the health status of larger populations. For this reason, DSRIP requires that all of our providers participate in the Bronx RHIO by December, 2017.
To help cover the cost of interfacing with the Bronx RHIO, we strongly encourage our PPS members to apply for the Data Engagement Incentive Program. This program, coordinated by the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC), offers a financial incentive for RHIO participation. Applications for this incentive program must be submitted by October 1st, 2015. For more information on eligibility criteria, timeline, and incentives, please refer to this presentation.
