Collaborative Care: the IMPACT Model (June 11, 2015) Virna Little from the Institute for Family Health, who is leading our PPS’s efforts in integrating primary care and behavioral health, delivered a presentation about the IMPACT model for behavioral health integration to New York’s PPS Clinical Leadership. This presentation took place in a webinar on collaborative care, hosted by GNYHA and HANYS .
