COVID-19 Vaccine at SBH:

SBH is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to people who live or work in New York based on guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health. We are committed to serving our patients and community members as vaccine supplies are made available.

There are two ways to request a vaccine appointment at SBH.

Complete our Vaccination Request Form. A member of our scheduling team will call you to set up an appointment. Please note, we are not scheduling vaccine appointments through calls to SBH.

Join our Vaccine Standby List. SBH ensures that we administer all of our vaccine doses to those who want the COVID-19 vaccine. We often have additional vaccines due to same-day cancellations. Join our standby list and we will call you when we have appointments available. We post a new standby list each day so that you can sign up for the following day.

COVID-19 vaccines are administered at the SBH Ambulatory Care Center, 4487 Third Avenue, Bronx, NY. The Center is located directly across the street from St. Barnabas Hospital.

COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Infusion Program:

SBH has initiated a COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Infusion Program for patients who have recently tested positive for COVID-19.

Monoclonal antibody infusions can reduce the likelihood of requiring hospitalization. Patients are eligible if they have COVID with mild symptoms that do not require hospitalization and risk factors such as being older than 65 or having diabetes or other conditions that increase their chance of progressive illness. To find out if you qualify, call 718-960-5005 or email dwillner@sbhny.org for an initial screening
