Veteran healthcare executive Paul Rosenfeld brings an impressive and valuable breadth of experience to his position as EVP of Long-Term Care for CenterLight Health System, where he guides the organization’s growth, leads program expansion initiatives and continues the commitment to provide high quality healthcare to people throughout the greater New York area.
As Executive Vice President, Rosenfeld’s responsibilities include the overall management and direction of CenterLight Health System’s skilled nursing facilities and network of home and community-based programs, including a licensed home care agency, long-term home healthcare program and seven adult day health care programs.
Rosenfeld joined the CenterLight family from St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center of New York where he served as senior vice president and executive director of its continuing care services. Among his previous professional achievements, Rosenfeld established a 72-bed neurobehavioral program at St. Elizabeth Ann’s Health Care and Rehabilitation Center as well as an AIDS Adult Day Health Care Center at the facility.
Rosenfeld is a member of the Home Care Association of New York Board of Directors, the Bronx RHIO Board of Directors and the Leading Age of New York Nursing Home Cabinet.
