Bronx Partners for Healthy Communities is pleased to launch our Resource Directory, an online searchable platform featuring our BPHC member organizations and the range of health and community services we offer to the Bronx community.
The BPHC Resource Directory is accessible through our website (bronxphc.org) and the URL BronxResourceDirectory.org. Users can conduct searches by name of organization, location, services offered and more.
Throughout the year, organizational profiles will be updated to ensure that information contained in the Resource Directory is timely and relevant.
