Many of BPHC’s projects have been gaining momentum over the last several months, and BPHC officially launches its ten projects on December 3rd. The first step toward PPS-wide DSRIP implementation is a DSRIP Launch Event, for BPHC member organizations that have a significant complement of primary care providers and participate in several projects.
In the months that follow, BPHC will distribute project plans throughout the PPS, which our member organizations may use as instruction manuals for implementing each project. Launch events for each project will shed light on the process of getting each project off the ground, and by hosting structured information sessions and fielding questions informally, the CSO will provide continuous support to our partners throughout the DSRIP period.
